P. Foden

Philip Walter Foden, born on 28 May 2000 in Stockport, Greater Manchester, is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or winger for Manchester City and the England national team. A lifelong City supporter, he joined the club’s academy at age eight and has grown into one of the most technically gifted and tactically intelligent young talents in world football.

Foden burst into the spotlight in 2017 by starring for England’s under-17 team, earning the FIFA U‑17 World Cup Golden Ball as he led his country to the title. Later that year, he made his senior debut for Manchester City and won the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year award. In the 2017–18 season, he became the youngest English player to earn a Premier League winner’s medal, contributing to a campaign managed by Pep Guardiola.
